>> Please find below the exact step by step process on how to apply for a rental with FCG REALTY:
>> Step 1: Click APPLY HERE above to start your application.
>> Fill in your application details and pay the application fee ($60 per applicant)
>> Step 2:: Please provide proof of income: (W2) last 2 pay stubs or (1099) and last two years personal returns as well as applicant last 2 month bank statements – This information can be faxed to 1 (866) 566 4226 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org (FCG REALTY May require for applicant to bring original documentation in person when signing the lease for additional verification.)
>> Step 4: Upon receipt of your application, proof of income, tax returns, bank statements and payment we will process your application and give you an answer withing 24 hours (upon owner availability).
>> Step 5: Once your application is approved, we will draft your lease and send it to you via docusign for electronic signature. The signing process can also be done in our office within business hours. (Monday through Friday 9am to 6pm)
>> Step 6: Upon signing of the lease we will need to collect your security deposit (in the form of certified funds, cash, money order or cashiers check) and your first month rent or prorated first month (in the form of certified funds, cash, money order or cashiers check)
>> The security deposit must be made payable to : FCG REALTY – DEPOSIT ACCOUNT
>> The rent or prorated rent must be made payable to: FCG REALTY – RENT ACCOUNT
>> We will require for the applicant to bring in person a valid identification to be copied in our office located at 1505 Legends Blvd – Champions Gate FL 33896
>> Step 7: Upon receipt of your deposit and rent payment we will setup your online tenant portal which can be accessed at: http://fcgrealty.com/tenant/
>> To login you will initially receive and email from our system requesting for you to select a password. Your login will be your email address and the password you selected.
>> This Online portal will allow you to keep track of all financials transactions with FCG Realty, Copy of your lease, repair request access, online payments etc.
>> Step 8: You will take possession of your home on the start date showing on your contract.
>> Step 9: We will perform a move in inspection with you within the first 15 days of your tenancy allowing you enough time to detect any possible defect or items requiring fixing.
